Fives

Small tools.
Big leverage.

Five stones from a brook. Five loaves in a crowd of thousands.Small things placed in God's hands have a habit of being more than enough.

Fives is a practical productivity suite for the church office — links, payments, registration, check-in and claims. Not a church management system. It works alongside whatever you already run.

Thirty days free to try. Set up in an afternoon. No sales call, no migration, no proposal.

You don't need the whole armour

Most church software is built for churches with an IT department. It arrives as a platform: a migration, a committee, a training day, and a quote every time your needs change.

Fives works the other way round. It is one suite — one login, one bill, one thing for the office to learn — made of small parts that each handle a single task properly. Switch on the parts you need and leave the rest off. Nothing to migrate, and you will be using it the same afternoon.

What's in the suite

The tasks that eat your week

Every church office loses the same hours to the same handful of tasks.

Chasing sign-ups through a spreadsheet. Matching bank transfers to names by hand. Re-typing a child's details at the start of every term. Waiting on a reimbursement nobody has got round to approving. None of it is difficult. It is just repetitive, and it quietly consumes the time your staff meant to spend on people.

Each part of the suite below takes one of those tasks off the desk completely. They share one account and one bill, so switching a second one on is a checkbox — not another subscription for someone to administer.

Short links

Links on your church's own domain — go.yourchurch.sg/camp — that go straight where they should. No advertising page in front of your congregation.

Camp & event registration

Sign-ups and payment in one flow, reconciled for you. Built for three churches already; the self-serve version you set up yourself lands next.

PayNow QR

Generate PayNow QR codes for offering, events or any collection — with the reference already filled in, so reconciliation isn't a spreadsheet job.

Digital name cards

Shareable contact cards for pastors, staff and ministry leads. One tap, no app, always current.

Children's check-in

Match every child to an authorised guardian at pickup, with a printed badge and a record you can audit afterwards.

Staff & volunteer claims

Photograph the receipt, submit, approve, done. Currently being designed with church finance admins — tell us how yours works.

Some of these are in use today and others are rolling out through the year — ask us where any one of them stands right now.

How it fits

Keep the system you already have

If your membership, giving and pastoral care already live somewhere, leave them there. Fives is for the tasks around the edges — the ones that turn into a quote everywhere else.

No migration

Nothing to move, nothing to re-enter, no data project. Start with one part this week and add another when it earns its place.

Nothing to rip out

Saying yes to Fives isn't saying no to your current platform. Most churches will run both, and that's the intended shape.

Who's behind it

Built by people who'll still be here

Fives is built by Yireh IT Services, a Singapore software company that has been shipping custom software and systems integration since 2007. Church work isn't a vertical we discovered last year — the registration system running three churches' camps today was built for them, one at a time, before it became a product.

Yireh is from Yahweh Yireh — “the LORD will provide.”

Your data. Hosted in Singapore. Your church's admins can see it, and one named person here can, only when you ask us for help.

If you leave. Export everything, in full, without asking. We'd rather earn the renewal than hold your records.

Children's check-in is deliberately deterministic and auditable. We use AI for paperwork — never for deciding who collects a child.

Start with one small thing

Begin with whichever task is hurting most — short links take about ten minutes. The rest of the suite is already switched on when you want it: no second sign-up, no second bill.
